Buttering Toast With Hard Butter

  1. Put bread in toaster.
  2. Shave thin pieces of butter off top
    surface of butter block.
  3. As soon as toast pops, place butter
    shavings between the two pieces of
    hot toast and press together.
  4. Allow 20 seconds for butter to melt.
  5. Open slices and spread soft butter.
