1. Place dry item on top of garbage.
   
2. Step on dry item, pushing entire
   garbage collection lower in the
   basket.
   
3. Add items until step 2 no longer
   helps.
   
4. Move waste paper basket against
   the wall.
   
5. Pile garbage in pyramid-type fahion
   on top of already full basket using
   wall to keep pile from falling over.
