Bix's Jersey Shore Chicken Riggies

16 oz garlic tomato sauce
1 tbls brown sugar
4 tbls olive oil
1 pint heavy cream
1 4-oz package of real bacon bits
2 tbls Parmesan cheese
1 onion
2 sweet red peppers
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 box rigatoni
8 cloves of garlic

Sauté onions and red peppers with a couple of cloves of garlic
and olive oil after finely chopping onion and cutting peppers into
1-inch strips.

Heat sauce on low-heat, stir in Parmesan cheese and brown
sugar.

Sauté 4 cloves of garlic in olive oil until the garlic just begins to
burn.  Sear finely chopped chicken until golden brow, then fry
until thoroughly cooked on lower heat.

Sauté bacon bits and 2 cloves of garlic until heated; slowly stir
in cream until heated and thoroughly mixed.

Combine onion, peppers, cream mix and sauce.  Thoroughly
coat the rigatoni's with this mixture, then toss in the chicken.  
Serve immediately with a tossed salad and garlic bread.  

This dinner goes well with Primitivo or California Red Zinfindel
