Bix's Butternut Bisque
Bix's Butternut Bisque

Ingredients:
2 large butternut squash
1 large onion
4 stalks of celery
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
8 oz heavy cream

Method:
Chop squash into golf ball sized pieces and boil in lots of water until
soft.  Chop celery and onions into tiny pieces and saute in extra
virgin olive oil.  Add to squash and simmer until squash begins to
fall apart.  Add heavy cream, sugar and seasonings.  Enjoy!
